These terms regulate the use of Fundación Rugimos’ website and the donations
made through the platform.

1. Use of the website

By using this website, the user agrees to make responsible use of the platform
and the information available on it.

2. Donations

Donations made to Fundación Rugimos are voluntary contributions intended to support
the rescue, care, sterilization, and protection of companion animals.

3. One-time donation

A one-time donation is made only once, according to the amount selected by the donor.
Once processed correctly, the system may register the contribution as confirmed.

4. Monthly recurring donation

By selecting a monthly donation, the donor authorizes Fundación Rugimos to manage
the recurring monthly charge for the selected amount through the enabled payment gateway.

5. Authorization for recurring charges

The donor declares that they accept the monthly charge of their recurring donation while it
remains active. This authorization may be canceled through the channels and procedures
enabled by Fundación Rugimos.

6. Donor account

For monthly donations, a user account may be created in order to
allow the donor to view their information, donation status, and contribution history.

The user is responsible for keeping their password and access information secure.

7. Cancellation of monthly donation

The donor may request the cancellation of their monthly donation through the official channels
of Fundación Rugimos or through the options enabled within their account,
if available.

8. Donation modification

The donor may request changes to the amount or type of donation, according
to the options available on the platform or by contacting the foundation directly.

9. Payments processed by third parties

Payments are managed by an external payment gateway. Fundación Rugimos does not directly control the internal processes, bank authorizations, or validations carried out by said gateway.

10. Refunds

Donations are voluntary contributions. Any request for review or refund will be
evaluated on a case-by-case basis by Fundación Rugimos, as applicable.

11. Responsibility

Fundación Rugimos will make efforts to keep the website information updated and available,
but does not guarantee that the platform will be free from temporary technical interruptions.

12. Acceptance

By making a donation or creating an account, the user declares that they have read and accepted
these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to the terms

Fundación Rugimos may update these terms whenever necessary. The current version
will be available on this page.
